Formada em 2001 na cidade de Lima, capital do Peru pelo guitarrista Chino Burga, o La Ira De Dios é uma das bandas da América do Sul com mais projeção mundial, isso deve indiscutivelmente ao fato da sua competência musical.
O grupo que no ínicio das atividades era complementado por Alí e Renteros Tito (baixo e bateria respectivamente) pratica um rock n`roll envenenado e furioso, stoner de muita pegada e riffs incendiários com influências também de space rock e psicodélia, tudo isso sobre o ritmo alucinante de músicas que falam sobre os mais diversos temas e tem no Chino Burga nos dias atuais o único membro da formação original do La Ira De Dios, a banda mudou bastante desde seu ínicio e hoje conta até com um músico responsável para efeitos eletrônicos.
"Apus Revolution Rock" lançado em 2009 é uma sequência brutal de arremesso de pedras no ouvido, faixas de muita pegada e energia que transparecem um punk rock muito barulhento, a primeira faixa "Revolucion" inclusive é um tanto quanto surf music e faz do disco um trabalho bem diferente dos anteriores da banda, mostrando que eles não tem medo algum de experimentar novos elementos e faz isso com a segurança que o resultado vai ser esse impacto brutal e sujo.
